This notice covers the Meta application N8n (App ID: 1029186069864866), operated by AGB Group Inc for authorized business Page publishing, including My MB Deals – Wholesale & Retail. It supplements the MyMBDeals website Privacy Policy.

Information used by the publishing integration

Depending on the permissions authorized by a Page administrator, the integration can process account and Page identifiers, the list of Pages that administrator manages, Page posts, photographs, videos, captions, and related publication information such as post identifiers and publishing status. Administrators also provide the business content they want to publish.

Purpose and sharing

This information is used to prepare, publish, read, update, and manage authorized business Page content and to check publication results. Content submitted for Facebook publication is sent to Meta and is subject to the audience settings and platform rules that apply to that post. Information may also be processed by service providers supporting the business publishing tools, website hosting, storage, or communications. Meta and other linked platforms have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the authorized publishing service, resolve support requests, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Request access, correction, or deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with this application, use the MyMBDeals Contact page or email mercedes@mymb.deals. Use the subject N8n app data request. Identify the Facebook Page or post concerned and describe the information you want reviewed. Include a way to contact you. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Please state whether your request also concerns a published Facebook post, so the relevant content can be identified. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or legitimate business records. Copies held independently by Meta or other third parties are subject to their own policies and controls.
